Most of our projects are with repeat clients and involve site development. Our projects usually include site surveying and site improvement plans. The site improvements range from the standard custom home grading and drainage plans, to more complicated commercial projects. Most larger projects include paving plans, sewer and water plans, stormwater management plans, and water line design and analysis. We also complete many drainage studies, HEC-RAS analysis, and erosion control plans.

Our clients are architects, contractors, developers, and private property owners. We are not a service provider to government entities and we do our best to ensure that the government regulations are met and complied with, but with an eye to our client’s desires and cost expenditures.
