David M. Noe, P.E. is the principal engineer of NOE ENGINEERING. David has over 31 years of engineering experience, including manufacturing, corporate, multi-discipline A/E, and civil engineering. For the last 16 years, David has been the principal engineer over civil engineering companies specializing in site development. He brings a wealth of experience, hard-work, and integrity to his clients. David has hands-on experience and will oversee all aspects of the completion of your project. He will be actively involved in the topographic survey, data compilation, site design, CAD work, and during construction.
